Greek Vegetarian Pizza

Preheat oven to 230C.

Place pizza base onto baking tray lined with baking paper. Spread pesto on pizza. Top pizza with tomatoes, spinach, red onion, feta cheese then oregano.

Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese starts to brown.

Remove pizza from oven and drizzle with oil, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, slice and serve.

1/2 cup basil pesto

3/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, drained and chopped

3 cups spinach leaves, torn

1/2 red onion, quartered and sliced thinly

1 cup crumbled feta cheese

2 tsp dried oregano

1 tblsp olive oil

2 tblsp grated Parmesan cheese
