Tandoori chicken Roti

Combine Tandoori paste and yoghurt in a bowl and mix well. Add chicken strips and stir to coat. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes. Heat oven to 220 C. Place 4 Bazaar Roti on baking trays. Arrange chicken strips over Roti, leaving the edges free of topping. Bake for 15 minutes, or until bubbling hot and golden brown. Dollop with yoghurt, scatter with coriander and chilli and serve immediately.

400g chicken breasts, cut in thin strips

4 Bazaar Traditional Roti

Extra yoghurt, to dollop

1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander

1 red chilli, finely sliced
