Basil & Pinenut Pesto with Tortilla Chips

Process the basil, parmesan, pine nuts and garlic in a food processor until smooth.

With the motor running, gradually add in the olive oil. Add the ricotta cheese and sour cream and process until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.

Brush tortillas with olive oil, cut into rough triangles and bake until crisp.

Serve pesto with the crispy Tortilla chips.


1 packet Bazaar Tortilla Wraps

2 cups fresh basil leaves

1/2 cup parmesan

1/2 cup pine nuts

2 tsp minced garlic

1 cup ricotta cheese

1/2 cup sour cream
