Wholemeal Tortilla Recipes

Raw energy Tortilla wraps

Lay tortillas out on a work surface and spread each with a thin layer of pesto. Arrange the filling ingredients over the wraps in lines. Carefully and tightly roll up each tortilla, folding in the bottoms as you roll, to secure the filling. Wrap in greaseproof paper and tie with string. Slice in half to serve.

1 pack Bazaar Wholemeal or White Tortillas

1/3 cup pesto

2 carrots, peeled and grated

1 medium beetroot, peeled and grated

1/2 small iceberg lettuce, shredded

1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds

150g feta cheese, cut in strips

1 red pepper, deseeded and cut in strips

Salt and freshly ground black pepper
